Shipping is fulfilled via UPS. Golden Gal automatically requires a signature upon delivery. Please know that due to the monetary value of our products this is not something we can waive. Also, the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Golden Gal due to several failed delivery attempts.

Ground : 1- 5 business days (excludes weekends & holidays).

2-Day Air : 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Overnight: arrives the next business day by end of day (excluding weekends and holidays)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the jewelry. Submitting a return request is required before shipping back to us. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct up to 20% for any damages on the item if it is not in acceptable condition upon return.. Any customizations (engraving, birthstones, etc) or resizing to the item results in it becoming final sale.
