Delaina is a left-handed innovator with a dual personality that’s equal parts edgy and elegant. Coming from a family tree of entrepreneurs, Delaina was destined to carve her own path. At just 15, Delaina began her career in a family-owned jewelry store, not answering phones or filing paperwork — but running vendor relations, mastering diamond grading, and learning the language of gold.
