WARRANTY & POLICIES

BRIDAL

Golden Gal takes pride in our complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from accidental damage or normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, deformed bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty. Hollow bands are also not covered by warranty.

RESIZING & REPAIRS

If you're in need of a wedding band resize or repair, please contact us directly 

Please note:

  • Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1 sizes smaller or larger than originally made. Ex: size 6 ; can size up to a 7 down to a 5.

  • All jewelry resizing is subject to charge for labor & gold additions necessary. 

  • Replacing missing diamonds/gemstones is subject to charge

Quality Assurance on Other Repairs: We stand behind our products, materials & designs. This means our supply chain is made up of individuals committed to exceptional craftsmanship and ethical practices to produce quality essentials made to last. Jewelry, by nature, is delicate. We are happy to repair damaged items, purchased from Golden Gal Fine Jewelry. Pricing for repairs varies per item. Shipping fees at the expense of the customer. PROCESSING TIMES

In stock items will be processed within 5 business days. Shipping time is determined based on the method you choose at checkout. Most "made to order" pieces require an estimated 6-9 weeks for production. All pieces have their availability status listed so be sure to check the specific product page.
